Meanwhile, Maulavi Abdullah Sarhadi, the governor of Bamyan, called for the continuation of friendly and strategic relations between Japan and Afghanistan.
 
The governor of Bamyan stated that in the holy religion of Islam and the Islamic system, serious attention has been paid to the rights of all sections of the society so that no one's rights are violated, he emphasized: the government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan from all sectors, especially in the fields of citizenship rights, health, education and training. The governor of Bamyan emphasized: The people of Bamyan demand the continuation of humanitarian aid, the implementation of infrastructure projects, the construction of schools, the provision of healthy drinking water sources, and the establishment of industrial factories by Japan in this province.
 
Maulvi Sarhadhi stated that the cultivation, smuggling and use of narcotics in Bamyan province has reached zero, he noted: with the efforts of the officials, the cultivation, smuggling, buying and selling of narcotics and also administrative corruption in Bamyan province has reached zero and the officials in They are working day and night to eradicate this dangerous phenomenon.
 
The governor of Bamyan asked the ambassador of Japan to pay attention to the education and training sectors of this province, as well as to the technical side and solving the problem of lack of drinking water in the center and districts of Bamyan, and the construction of the Amir Band National Park road and the construction of sub-district roads.
 
Also, in continuation of this meeting, Brendan Kaser, the head of UNESCO's cultural department, expressed his gratitude for the special attention and cooperation of the governor of Bamyan in the direction of cooperation with the preservation of historical sites in Bamyan, and said: More than (1100) historical sites have been registered in Afghanistan, which is the most important. They are in Bamyan province. It is important for UNESCO to have the cooperation of the governor of Bamyan and the financial assistance of Japan, which is one of the countries that provides the major budget for the maintenance of historical reservoirs, in the area of historical reservoirs, especially in Bamyan province and the central zone.
 
Also, Maulavi Abdullah Sarhadi, the governor of Bamyan, addressed to the head of the cultural department of the UNESCO organization, assured that: the leadership of the local administration of Bamyan is fully cooperating with UNESCO's Salzaman in the field of preservation of historical areas in Bamyan province.
 
At the end of this meeting, the ambassador of Japan promised that he will share the problems and suggestions of the people of Bamyan with the Japanese authorities, and in terms of immediate solutions to the problems of this province, including the provision of equipment facilities, drinking water and the establishment of industrial factories and the growth of education in Bamyan will consult with the officials of his country.
