Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): This exhibition is supposed to be launched in July this year in Kazakhstan.
The ministry says in a newsletter that domestic products of Afghanistan will be displayed in this exhibition.
According to officials in this ministry, such exhibitions are a good opportunity to introduce the domestic products of the country to the world markets.
Sakhi Ahmed Peyman, the deputy of the Chamber of Industries and Mines, says: "In this exhibition, our various production sectors will display their products and it is a good opportunity to introduce domestically produced products of Afghanistan."
Mr. Peyman added: "Therefore, it is an opportunity for our industrialists, those who work in agricultural products, industrial products, soft drinks, etc."
Meanwhile, businessmen who have invested millions of dollars in Afghanistan want the Ministry of Commerce to make more efforts in the field of holding exhibitions for Afghan products.
The investors who are going to display their products in this exhibition say that the domestic products of Afghanistan have a good market in Central Asia.
On the other hand, economic experts have said that there are many capacities in the markets of Central Asian countries. Therefore, the Ministry of Commerce should make efforts to provide the ground for holding more exhibitions.
Despite all this, Afghan businessmen always complain that due to the increase in poverty and economic problems, the market for their sales inside the country is weak and they are also facing problems in exporting their products to foreign countries.
