Lavrov's request to Guterres: observe the principles of neutrality

Earlier, Moscow officials noted that the Russian side prefers the UN headquarters to be in Geneva or Vienna.
 
Lavrov and Guterres also exchanged views on some issues discussed at the UN Security Council level, including the situation in Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and other international issues.
