According to the officials of the province, 600 people are directly and indirectly hired with the opening of this factory.
The provincial head of the Chamber of Industries and Mines of the province Sayed Sarwar Agha Amani said at the opening ceremony of the factory, that there are currently 27 cotton processing factories in Kandahar, which directly and indirectly provide employment for 4,500 people.
