Kabulov: America and England help the Afghan branch of ISIS

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Zamir Kabulov, Russia's special representative for Afghanistan affairs, has said about the growth of ISIS, that the United States, together with the British, is helping to strengthen the strongholds of the Afghan branch of ISIS, while threatening the Taliban leaders with drones. According to Sputnik, Kabulov wrote in an article for the Nizavisima newspaper: "The Americans, together with the British accomplices, are all trying to strengthen the positions and destructive potential of the Afghan faction of ISIS, which is a tool to pressure the neighboring countries of Central Asia to separate them from Russia".
