Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, In this meeting Niklasson said that the European Union, the United States and their partners have come to the conclusion that humanitarian aid alone cannot solve Afghanistan’s economic problems and there was need for development work to help the country, said a statement release by Afghan Foreign Ministry.
During the meeting, Mr. Niklasson condemned the attack on Kaj tutoring center in Kabul and called it an attack against Afghans defenseless.
For his part, Mr. Muttaqi said that ISIS and other rebel groups are defeated in Afghanistan and unable to fight face to face against Afghan security forces. These insurgents attack defenseless people only, he said.
“We have many achievements that the West ignored and did not give a positive response, so we must choose a clear path for positive interaction and moving forward,” added Muttaqi.
