35 Armed Militants Killed During Counter-Terrorism Operations

In past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched six Counter-Terrorism joint operations to clear some of the areas from terrorists and enemies of peace and stability of Afghanistan.

Afghan Voice Agency(AVA),The operations were conducted in Mohammad Agha district of Logar, Shah Joi district of Zabul, Shindand district of Herat, Ali Shang district of Laghman, Achin district of Nangarhar and surrounding areas of the Uruzgan province, as a result ۳۵ armed militants were killed including 15 Daesh terrorists, 18 wounded and three others were arrested.

Also, during these operations, joint forces seized and detected three motorcycles and IEDs.

The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have stepped up Counter-Terrorism operations to suppress the insurgency activities of the terror groups.
