An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion ripped through a vehicle in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan which killed at least seven militants.
Six commuters, all civilians were injured, some in critical conditions as their car ran over a mine in the western Badghis province on Monday, deputy to provincial police chief Shir Agha Alkozai said.
