Kyrgyz businessmen and investors have expressed their interest in investing in the country's mining sector in a meeting with Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum.

The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP) announced that acting minister, held a meeting with the Japanese Envoy to discuss potential investment opportunities in Afghanistan’s mining sector.

Abdul Salam Hanafi, the administrative deputy of Prime Minister, in a meeting with the new and former ambassador of Japan, requested Japan to invest in various fields, especially in the fields of mining and technology in Afghanistan.
