The largest residential settlement with 220 residential units was inaugurated in "Siyaab" village of Zindajan district of Herat in the presence of the governor, businessmen, officials of government departments, educators and residents of the village and handed over to the victims of the earthquake.

Strong aftershocks shook the city of Herat in a short distance, the third aftershock was so strong that it was also felt in the countries of Iran and Turkmenistan.
