Massive protests erupted in Saada and Sanaa, the major cities of Yemen, as hundreds of thousands of Yemeni citizens voiced their outrage over the recent attacks carried out by the United States and the United Kingdom.
After the foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia met two days ago as a result of a major Chinese-mediated deal, official representatives from Saudi Arabia and Oman are planning to visit Yemen next week to hold talks regarding a permanent ceasefire with Iranian-backed Houthis, Reuters reported on Friday.
As Sanaa warned America about the theft of Yemeni oil, the spokesman of the country's armed forces announced the neutralization of an oil smuggling operation in the port of "Qena" on the southern coast of Yemen.
