Pakistan is responsible for three times the terror risk to humanity than that in Syria, according to a joint study by UK-based Oxford University and India-based Strategic Foresight Group.

Pakistani Minister for Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Wednesday that Afghanistan is still home to safe havens for terrorists groups, adding that Pakistan wishes peace and progress for its western neighbbour.
