At the fifth meeting of the secretaries of the Security Council of the countries of the region in Moscow, the President of Russia stated that the terrorist threat has intensified after the withdrawal of America from Afghanistan and said that the issue of Afghanistan has always been important for Russia and now its importance has doubled.
The head of the Russian National Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, has said that America's goal in leaving Afghanistan was to focus more on military training and financial support for Ukrainian forces to confront Russia.
