Former Afghan intelligence chief and current presidential candidate Rahmatullah Nabil on Sunday claimed that the National Directorate of Security (NDS) received reports of money injection in 2014 elections while he was in charge.

Political leaders and presidential candidates mostly opposition to President Ashraf Ghani, have threatened to block main roads in Kabul city to pressure the president leave office.

The executive directorate of the NUG reacted against the dismissal of Mohammad Mohaqiq’s dismissal in a statement, saying that “creating instability is not in favor of any side”.

The International Chamber of Commerce Afghanistan has voiced concern over the bad situation of investment in the country.
