Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam political party chief, has called on the international community to recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA).

A local newspaper reported that, a delegation of Pakistani religious scholars, led by Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman the Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam (JUI-F) chief , is scheduled to depart for the Afghan capital on January 3.

The leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal Maulana Fazalur Rehman met with Shukrullah Atif Mashal, the Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan.
