A new virus known as tomato flu, or tomato fever, has emerged in the state of Kerala in children younger than five years in India.

The European Commission on Tuesday said it had signed a deal with Danish biotech firm Bavarian Nordic (BAVA.CO) for the delivery of around 110,000 doses of monkeypox vaccine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) will provide Afghanistan with kits to examine the monkey pox in the near future.
