Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) is trying to promote electronic governance in its institutions. Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs Abdul Salam Hanafi said.

A total of 638,954 individuals, including widows, orphans, and people with disabilities has registered by the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled, in the past year.

Currently more than 600,000 orphans, widows and disabled children are registered with the ministry. Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs officials said during their accountability report.

Almost 700 people died and hundreds more were injured due to natural disasters throughout the country. Officials from the State Ministry for Disaster Management said.

Payment of compensation will resume to the disabled, orphans, and widows this year. The Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled announced.

Biometric registration system of martyrs' families and persons with disabilities have launched. The Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs said.

A representative of the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, called for the cooperation of Martyrs and Disabled department of Bamyan.

Around 750 disabled and families of martyrs received their monthly payment in Daikundi.
