Russian sources have emphasized that America has reactivated ISIS terrorist elements in parts of eastern and north-southeastern Syria with new support.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, says that Qari Fatih, the general and operational manager of this terrorist group, was killed during the operation of the security forces on Sunday night in the area of "Shahrak Zakirin" of the 17th district of Kabul city on an ISIS hideout.
