Ata Mohammad Noor, head of executive council of Jamiat-i-Islami party, on Wednesday called on his supporters to take to the streets in protest over Ghani's presidential term after Eid which will be celebrated early next month.

The Chief Executive of Jamiat-e-Islami and former governor of Balkh province Ata Mohammad Noor on Friday met with the top security and defense officials in Mazar-e-Sharif city amid recent tensions over appointment of new police chief for the province.
