Lebanon's al-Mayadeen network has reported that the US bases in Al-Shadadi and the vicinity of Syria's al-Omar oil field have been attacked by resistance forces. This source reported that an American drone has crashed in the northeast of Syria.

"I think starting another tension in that area with Iran, that borders Afghanistan, can also jeopardise a very delicate situation with Afghanistan", Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said.
