Ethnic wars in Afghanistan and the role of neighbors
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Today’s View: After the developments of the past year, Iran has continued to play a constructive role in the framework of its multilateralist and peace-loving foreign policy in Afghanistan, encouraging all parties to dialogue and compromise. And he ruled out supporting war, tension, crisis, insecurity, and bloody internal battles.
Nasser Kanani; the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran says that the military approach hinders the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan.

In response to a question about the claim of shooting prisoners of war in Panjshir, Mr. Kanani added: Since the beginning of the developments of the past year, Iran was one of the most important countries in the region, which, with the view of helping to establish peace and stability in Afghanistan, maintained its relations with all internal parties in Afghanistan, as well as with The relevant and effective parties established a region on the issue of Afghanistan.

He added: The basic approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran was that what could be in line with the interests of the Afghan nation was a political approach and avoiding Afghan-Afghan conflicts and the formation of a comprehensive political effect in Afghanistan and the formation of a unified and inclusive government. It is the basic approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Kanani pointed out: Iran's relations with both Afghanistan's temporary guardianship and Afghan parties were formed in the same framework and on the same path from the beginning and continue; but naturally, Iran does not support any military approaches and events and Afghan-Afghan conflicts inside Afghanistan.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of Afghanistan's neighbors, which has always had a stable, clear and legitimate stance on the multi-sided crisis of our country.

After the great collapse and the developments of the past year, Iran has continued to play a constructive role in the framework of its multilateral and peaceful foreign policy in Afghanistan, encouraging all parties to dialogue and compromise and supporting war, tension, crisis and insecurity. And he ruled out bloody internal battles.

This is what Afghanistan desperately needs today, and the leaders of the Islamic Emirate understand this need well.

However, understanding the need is one thing and finding ways to fulfill it is another matter. The main problem of the country today is that we have not yet reached a legitimate framework based on national interests and interests to safely pass through the crisis and face wisely and peacefully with the crisis-causing fields.

One of the biggest obstacles in this field is the approach of some neighboring countries towards ethnic wars in Afghanistan. If there were no external obstacles and the will of Afghans, sooner or later the people and leaders of Afghanistan would have found solutions to end the crisis, war, conflict and instability.

Currently, all parties should think of a solution within the country and within the framework of a national and inclusive logic, instead of resorting to this or that foreign power and neighboring country for superiority in the bloody military battlefields and wars based on ethnic subversion.

In the field of foreign policy and the role and contribution of neighboring countries in national issues, the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran is considered a reasonable, legitimate position and a generalizable model that should be supported and strengthened.

All neighboring countries must respect national sovereignty, territorial integrity, political independence, territorial integrity, and most importantly, the legitimate right of the Afghan people to decide their political destiny and instead of interventionist policies and fueling tension and confrontation. and ethnic conflict by supporting one side or the other, to allow and help the people and the political and ethnic currents of the country to discuss their future in an atmosphere free from hostility and violence.

In this case, any attempt at rebellion, coup, war-mongering, and hate-mongering by any current and movement will be condemned by the general public and will be rejected as national treason and the risk of foreign interference. And a national government, legitimate, participatory and arising from the free will of the people of Afghanistan, to consolidate national authority, ensure security stability and defend the territorial integrity and public security of the country, will be allowed to stand against any destabilizing conspiracy with power and confront slow.

In the current situation, however, such a field is not available; Because a large part of the people still want to participate in a legitimate political structure, and from the other side, none of the parties can prove that it is not dependent on this or that neighboring country and region. In addition, the necessary space and context for meaningful national dialogues to achieve a fair, legitimate and sustainable solution has not been provided.
