The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Academy of the Organization of security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Bishkek signed an agreement, regarding internship of the academy’s graduates, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The agreement was signed by Abdul Hai Haidar and Dr. Maxim Ryabkov, Director of OSCE Academy.
The said academy organized the Junior Public Officer Program in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan which commences in 2011.
Under the said agreement OSCE Academy provides the opportunity of internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for one graduate who is an Afghan citizen and has successfully completed the program.(BNA)
