American Permanent military bases in Afghanistan under each title and name is forbidden and those who speak in favor of creating this database have been guilty of immorality and sin.
The notice released by the Sunni religious scholars of Kabul city claimed the religion verdict on American permanent military bases in Afghanistan. 

America's military bases in this country means following the way of the infidels and according to the verse of Quran, the Prophetic traditions and the religious scholars friendship with infidels is forbidden.
The Sunni religious scholars in Afghanistan stressed based on the verses of the Quran the Muslims have no right make friendships with infidels and those who choose to have the friendship with infidels are deprived from the friendship of God.
These scholars while referring to "Alhadayah" book, one of the most famous books of Hanafi jurisprudence, said the infidels can live in Islamic countries as long as they obey the Muslim rules and have no purpose of occupying the Islamic countries.
Afghan scholars and jurists based on their understanding and research in religion law issued the verdict saying the America's military bases in Afghanistan under the each title and the name are forbidden.
This declaration emphasized that resistance in all aspects for stopping creating such a base in Afghanistan for every individual is essential and any laxity in this matter shows the weakness of us.
The announcement has asked all Muslim groups in the country for understanding each other as one Afghan in order to save Afghanistan from corruption and stop the interference of foreign.
