Haniyeh
Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh was killed by a guided missile that tracked his cell phone, his son Abdussalam Haniyeh told Saudi Arabia state media Al Arabiya Friday from Doha, Qatar, in an interview.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: In an interview, Abdul Salam said that his father's mobile phone was next to him on the night of his martyrdom, and he had used it multiple times the day before, which made it easier to trace him.
He dismissed some media reports about a bomb explosion in his father's residence in Tehran, calling this narrative completely inaccurate.
According to Abdul Salam, if there had been a bomb in Haniyeh's room, his bodyguards and advisors, who were just a few meters away, would also have been affected, and the building would have been destroyed as well.
Haniyeh was in Tehran to attend the inauguration ceremony of Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of his bodyguards was also martyred in this terrorist operation.
According to Abdul Salam, the missile attack was carried out with US support.
