- The possibility of creating the necessary space to build science and technology parks in Kabul.
- Pursuing the sisterhood process between the faculties of economics of Herat and Kabul universities with the faculties of economics of Ferdowsi universities of Mashhad, Tehran and Birjand, announcing the readiness to send professors of specialized fields of economics to Afghanistan to hold short-term specialized workshops.

Seyyed Ruhollah Hosseini also considered the status of Persian language in Afghanistan as a common heritage of the two countries, which is considered as the background and cultural support of Iran and Afghanistan.
