Criminal complaint against the President of the Zionist regime at the same time as his presence in Switzerland

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Swiss prosecutors have confirmed that criminal complaints have been filed against Yitzhak Herzog, the president of the Zionist regime, who is attending the World Economic Forum in Davos.

 

Reuters quoted the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland as saying that it will investigate these criminal complaints as usual and will contact the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find out about the immunity status of the person in question.

 

The Swiss attorney general's office did not provide details on the nature and number of complaints or by whom.

 

According to Reuters, a spokesman for Herzog's office did not comment on the Swiss prosecutor's statement, saying only that Herzog went to Davos to explain Israel's position on the situation in Gaza.

 

Herzog spoke at the World Economic Forum on Thursday, where he called on the international community to reject genocide claims against the Zionist regime.

 

He said: "There is nothing more brutal and ridiculous than South Africa's complaint to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) accusing Israel of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza."

 

Late last month, South Africa filed a complaint with the International Court of Justice in The Hague in the Netherlands, accusing the Zionist regime of genocide, and demanded an urgent investigation into this case.

 

In its claim, South Africa named Herzog and other Zionist officials and stated that these people directly mentioned genocide against the Palestinians in their words.

 

The Hague International Court of Justice has held its first session on January 11 to examine South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime.
