South Africa announced the holding of the first hearing of the country's complaint against the Zionist regime on charges of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court "The Hague".
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): South Africa filed a complaint against the Zionist regime to the International Criminal Court "The Hague" last month. This country held the Israeli regime responsible for the "genocide" in Gaza.

The Ministry of Justice of South Africa announced by publishing a statement: The first hearing of this country's complaint case against Israel (Zionist regime) will be held on January 11 and 12 (Jedi 21 and 22).

According to this statement, "Ronald Lamola", the African Minister of Justice, will head the legal team of this country at the Hague Court.

According to Al-Rai Al-Yum newspaper, the Ministry of Justice of South Africa stated in its statement: This country is determined to end the "genocide" in the Gaza Strip through this petition (complaint).

The International Criminal Court in The Hague will hear the legal views of South Africa and the Zionist regime on the case of genocide in the Gaza Strip on Thursday and Friday this week.

South Africa has filed a complaint against the Zionist regime in The Hague with the aim of punishing the perpetrators of the killing of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and ending it.

At the same time, "Petra de Sutter", the deputy prime minister of Belgium, said that she will propose that her country join South Africa's lawsuit against Israel's genocide crime.

Sutter wrote in a message on the X social network: "Belgium cannot remain silent and watch the severe human suffering in Gaza. "We must act against the threat of genocide."

On the other hand, "Ziyad Daghim", the Libyan ambassador in the Netherlands, announced that his country has joined South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime and said: "This embassy will continue to consult and support the South African legal team."

By publishing a statement on the page of the Libyan embassy on Facebook, he announced: Governments should issue political statements to support South Africa's complaint in order to ensure the issuance of the judgment of the Hague Court regarding the immediate cessation of genocide in Palestine and their forced migration.

During the attack of the Zionist forces on the Gaza Strip, more than 23,000 Palestinians were martyred and about 60,000 others were injured, most of them women and children.
