Maulavi Abu Adris stated that the government of the Islamic Emirate supports all disabled people and will stand by them as a supporter and partner because the goal of the current Islamic system is to defend the rights of the oppressed, especially the disabled.
The mentioned said that we consider it our responsibility to respect the rights and protection of the disabled and we will not spare any effort in this regard and the dear disabled should be assured that the government officials are at their service.
On the other hand, Zabihullah Askarzada, the organizer of the "meeting to review the priorities of the disabled" and the head of the northern zone of the Afghan People's Voice Mechanism project, said: The purpose of the meeting to review the priorities of the disabled with the officials of the local government of Balkh province is to prepare a letter of their problems and demands and share this The agreement is with government officials, national and international institutions.
He admitted that the existence of many problems of disabled people is confirmed and we promise to stand by the disabled people and support their plans and demands financially.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Nabi, on behalf of the disabled in Balkh province, said that the government's support for the disabled is not according to the global standard, and that the several thousand Afghani they pay for a disabled person annually is not sufficient for his life, and we demand fundamental work to support the disabled.
He added that the government should create jobs and careers for the disabled so that they can meet their living expenses and we demand the attention of government officials and international institutions.
