Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Afghanistan Railway Department has published a newsletter stating that Mullah Bakht al-Rahman Sharafat, the General Director of the Railway Department and his delegation met with Ramazan Abdul Latifov, the advisor to the President of this country, during his trip to Russia.
In this meeting, Mr. Ramadan expressed his interest in investing in the railway sector in Afghanistan and added that Russia will hold a Russia-Afghanistan friendship conference next year in order to invest in Afghanistan.
Mr. Sharafat assured them that the Islamic Emirate will cooperate with investors and provide them with the necessary facilities in the field of investment.
