Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, The Emir of Qatar made this statement during a consultative meeting of the Gulf Arab states, where he emphasized that the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas poses a serious threat to the region and the world.
These remarks could be seen as a critique of Western countries, particularly the United States, which has justified the actions of the Zionist regime and labeled these atrocities against defenseless Palestinian people as legitimate self-defense.
In the past 18 days, Israel, alongside the killing of approximately 5,000 Palestinians, has imposed a complete blockade on Gaza, leaving the region under military siege.
Meanwhile, former U.S. President Barack Obama has also issued a warning, stating that certain Israeli actions in the war against Hamas, such as cutting off water and food supplies to Gaza, could “alter the Palestinian perspective for generations” and weaken international support for Israel.
Obama also highlighted that any military strategy by Israel that disregards the human cost of war could ultimately yield counterproductive results.
On the other hand, French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Tel Aviv on Tuesday for discussions with Israeli officials, including Benjamin Netanyahu. According to reports, Macron’s visit to Tel Aviv is aimed at demonstrating “full solidarity” with Israel.
Before him, the President of the United States, the UK Prime Minister, the German Foreign Minister, and several other Western leaders visited Israel to show support for Tel Aviv in the conflict, where hundreds of Palestinian children, women, and elderly men have become victims.
