America's opposition to the ceasefire in Gaza

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In response to a question about the ceasefire in Gaza, the US President said: First, the hostages (prisoners) should be released and then we may talk about it.
 
US President Joe Biden said that talks about a ceasefire in Gaza will be possible only after the release of all prisoners.
 
According to IRNA, quoted by AFP, Biden said Monday night at the White House in response to the question of whether he supports the "hostages in exchange for a ceasefire" agreement, saying: "The hostages must be released, then we can talk about it."
 
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the US State Department said on Monday evening that any ceasefire would give Hamas the opportunity to renew its strength and continue its attacks against the Zionist regime.
 
On Saturday, October 15, 2023, the Palestinian resistance forces launched a surprising operation called "Al-Aqsa storm" from Gaza (southern Palestine) against the positions of Tel Aviv, and the Israeli regime, in order to retaliate and compensate for its defeat and stop the resistance operations, the crossings are closed in the Gaza Strip and the area is being bombarded.
