Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: John Sepko, the US special inspector for the reconstruction of Afghanistan, has claimed in a report that the Islamic Emirate has indirect access to US aid in the education sector.
In the 37-page report of SIGAR, it is also stated that after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, the number of students enrolled in private university programs has decreased by 50%. In addition, the educational policies of the caretaker government have caused a decrease in the enrollment of students in schools.
But Bilal Karimi, the Deputy Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, responded to this report and told the media: "The statements of this administration about the issues of Afghanistan are far from reality. The Islamic Emirate regulates all issues and affairs and everything that is going on in Afghanistan according to the principles and interests of its country.
Previously, the United Nations Security Council had said in a report that 56 humanitarian aid programs in Afghanistan have been stopped due to the intervention of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan.
