Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates has announced in its latest statement that on Saturday, the country sent twenty-two planes carrying an additional 53 tons of essential relief supplies to assist the earthquake victims in Herat in a humanitarian effort.
In their statement, the Ministry mentioned that these planes carried food packages and 500 tents for the victims of the devastating earthquake in Herat.
Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates stated that their country has consistently assisted the earthquake victims in Herat for five consecutive days.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates has clarified that, following the deadly earthquake in Herat, the country has sent 140 tons of relief packages to aid the earthquake victims in Herat.
Meanwhile, following the earthquake, several countries and national and international organizations have extended humanitarian aid in financial assistance and food supplies to the affected people of Herat.
Additionally, some prominent Afghan athletes, artists, and activists have initiated fundraising campaigns for the earthquake victims in Herat, and this initiative continues to progress.
