Attaullah Omari announced the compilation of a guidebook for agriculture, livestock and food supply and emphasized: This treatise includes guidelines for agriculture, livestock and cultivation methods, as well as examining the nature of the soil, climate and various guidelines for improving agriculture and modified eggs. He informed about the country's water management and the provision of farmers' needs and reminded that the country's marine, monsoon and underground water management is entrusted to the ministries of agriculture, irrigation and livestock, energy and water and rural development under the guidance of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.
 
Acting Minister of Agriculture added that these three ministries will manage the country's waters as soon as possible with extraordinary budgets and by creating canals and dams, they will raise the needs of farmers, which will also increase the economic growth of the country.
