Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, told TOLO News that after the approval of the constitution, the completion of some governance issues and the establishment of a council, the official cabinet will be announced.
Mr. Mujahid added that the constitution is being worked on, the councils are arguing, if these issues are finalized, all the governance departments will be revived, God willing, this issue will be resolved.
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate has emphasized that the acting ministers of the current cabinet have full competence and there is no obstacle to their governance work.
On the other hand, some experts in political issues consider the formalization of the cabinet to be important for the advancement of work in the ministries and the survival of a system.
Sayed Qaribullah Sadat, knowledgeable about political issues, said: "If there are disputes between countries, agreements or some issues, if he is not the official government, even disputes or problems, for example, will not find their meaning."
After the announcement of the cabinet on the 16th of the leap year of 1400 AH, the absence of women in the current cabinet has been controversial. Currently, 19 ministries in the country are managed by acting ministers.
