Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Acting on a tip-off, police launched operations on Friday and unearthed three drug processing labs along with a massive quantity of materials and objects used for manufacturing heroin.
All the illegal properties were smashed on the spot, the statement added.
Afghan authorities have intensified their crackdown on illicit drugs and those involved in the underground business as security personnel arrested 20 alleged drug smugglers in seven of Afghanistan's 34 provinces over the past two days, police said.
