The scholars asked the officials of the Islamic Emirate to cooperate in order to address the challenges in the mentioned fields in the province.
Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi praised the role of scholars and Mujahideen in Jihad against the invaders and the establishment of the Islamic system and emphasized that the role of the scholars in consolidating the foundations of the Islamic system is very critical.
He called access to education, the creation of transportation routes, and access to health services among the first rights of the people and said: The Islamic Emirate is trying its best to address these problems.
