Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: According to the media of Nangarhar province, the professors of Nangarhar University, in a meeting with the head of the ministry, demanded the reopening of universities to girls and said that Afghans should not be forced to take their daughters and sisters to study in another place.
In this meeting, Maulavi Allah Muhammad said on behalf of the scholars: We pray for your success, but it is your responsibility to serve the people, we advise the rulers to open the doors to serve the people and religion.
On the other hand, Ahmad Tariq said on behalf of private universities, "We go further for our religion. Girls' education should be started in universities, whatever the circumstances, this is a Muslim nation. He not only accepts it, but feels no pain in implementing it. "Afghans should not be forced to take their daughters and sisters to other places for education, where we have no role in creating and designing their environment."
Meanwhile, Acting Minister of Interior Sirajuddin Haqqani said in his speech at this meeting that Nangarhar is the home of science and culture and the address of science and art, there are problems and shortcomings, but we will try to solve them with patience and courage.
Haqqani added: They have talked to the officials about good behavior with the people and any problem and request related to them will be solved soon.
The head of the Ministry of Interior assures that he will share their statements with the leader of the Islamic Emirate.
