The administrative deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed on ensuring the security of the Muharram mourning ceremony and added: "Mujahedeen of the Islamic Emirate should use all their efforts to ensure the security of mosques and takayas."
On the other hand, Sheikh Mohammad Qasim Khalid informed the administrative deputy of the Prime Minister's Office about the activities and functions of the civil and security organs of Kabul Province.
He added that the security forces have been able to bring security and peace to the citizens of the capital with round-the-clock efforts, and the city and districts of Kabul are in complete security.
According to him, the Muharram mourning ceremony on the first and second days of this month was spent in complete security by the Shiite brothers in their mosques and takayas in Kabul city, and the security forces are ready to ensure the security of Muharram mourning in the remaining days as well.
