Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, The Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Lofullah Khairkhah in a meeting with the educational attache of the Embassy of Turkey in Kabul, talked about improving the capacity of educational institutions in the country.
In the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education shared some suggestions for the educational attache of the Turkish Embassy in Kabul in various sectors.
Later, Chengiz I. Dimir, Educational Attaché of the Turkish Embassy, expressed his satisfaction with the establishment of the Turkish Language and Literature Department at Balkh University and vowed to share all the suggestions of the Ministry of Higher Education with the relevant officials of his country.
Meanwhile, Turkey offers 300 scholarships for Afghan students annually and invited the Deputy Minister of Higher Education to visit Turkey, according to a statement.
