Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): On Saturday (July 15), the American occupation forces transported 35 tankers carrying stolen Syrian oil to the northern region of Iraq through the illegal al-Walid crossing located in the east of al-Hasakah.
Earlier, Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal al-Maqdad said that the damage caused to the oil and gas sector in this country from 2011 to 2022 reached 10.7 billion dollars and Damascus wants to compensate for this damage.
The Syrian news agency (SANA) reported, citing local sources, that the American occupation forces transferred a convoy of 120 vehicles, including 65 vehicles carrying military equipment, 20 refrigerated trucks and 35 tankers carrying stolen oil to their bases in northern Iraq.
The American army has illegally occupied the northern and northeastern regions of Syria in the provinces of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah and Raqqa, where the largest oil and gas fields of Syria are located.
