Expo opens in Kabul to support domestic products

 

Deputy Minister of Information and Culture, Mawlavi Saduddin Sayed, in the opening ceremony of this exhibition, termed holding such exhibitions valuable for the growth of domestic industries and productions.

 

These exhibitions, make people more aware of domestic products and industries on one hand, and the other, showcase the original industries and culture of the country, he added.

 

Mr. Sayed announced support and cooperation of the ministry in the sectors of holding cultural exhibitions and domestic industry products.

 

One of the components of good governance is the growth of industries, domestic production, and economic development of the country, said Dr. Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Minister of Economy.

 

Holding such exhibitions can change the general culture of society and inspires people to use domestic products, he added.

 

Minister of State Disaster Management, Mullah Mohammad Abbas Akhund, called it important to support domestic products and said that with the launch of these exhibitions, people’s attention can be drawn to buying domestic products.

 

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry thanked the officials of the Islamic Emirate, mainly the Ministries of Industry and Commerce, Information and Culture, and Economy, for their support and cooperation in the sector of industry development.

 

This must be noted that the “Akhtar Bazaar” Domestic products exhibition will be open for at least three days in the Khalij Hall on Kabul Airport Road.
