I am proud of killing civilians in Afghanistan!
An Australian soldier accused of war crimes and convicted of killing four civilians while on duty in Afghanistan says he is unapologetic and proud of killing them.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Ben Roberts Smith, the holder of the Victoria Cross awarded to him by the Queen of England and other outstanding military honors and a former veteran of the Australian Army, who is accused of war crimes in Afghanistan, announced: He will not apologize for his actions in this country.

Smith, an Australian veteran who was found guilty by a civil court of murdering four Afghan civilians, read the verdict as incorrect.

Roberts Smith, a member of the Australian Air Force and a recipient of outstanding military honors, has said that he is proud of what he did in Afghanistan.

"We have done nothing wrong, so we will not apologize," Roberts-Smith added.

Only a handful of Australian soldiers have received the highest award, the Cross in Gold.

Smith served in the Australian Air Force from 2006 to 2012.

On June 1, a judge of the Federal Court of Australia said that these sources proved the truth about the claim of some newspapers that this Australian soldier was involved in the killing of civilians in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, British soldiers are accused of killing 50 prisoners and civilians during their mission in Afghanistan.
