In an interview with AVA, Sayed Zakir Hussaini, an expert on international relations, said that China, as a major economic power in the world, can play a major role in improving the economy and security of Afghanistan and Pakistan, because Afghanistan and Pakistan are worse than other countries in terms of economy and terrorism. He added that holding the tripartite meeting between China, Afghanistan and Pakistan is important in the tense bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan, because both Afghanistan and Pakistan are largely looking for Chinese investments in various projects, especially mining.
This expert on international relations also emphasized that China, as one of Pakistan's strategic allies, can play an important role in the improvement of relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which can save the economic crisis by connecting these two countries to "One Belt, One Road".
He pointed out that terrorism is a threat to the region and the fight against extremist groups requires a joint fight. Accordingly, China is trying to save Afghanistan and Pakistan from the economic and political crisis in order to prevent the spread of terrorism in the region.
After the establishment of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, China has established good relations with the existing government in Afghanistan compared to other countries in the world, and is trying to invest more in Afghanistan, because during the time of the American Republic, it prevented the signing of large contracts with China. The first important contract signed by the Islamic Emirate with China was in 1401 AH, according to which oil will be extracted from the 4,500 square kilometer area of the Amu Darya oil field. This oil field is located in three Northern provinces of Afghanistan, which are Sarpol, Jawzjan and Faryab.
At the same time, Ramzan Bagheri, an expert on international relations, said in an interview with AVA that the adoption of an economy-oriented policy between China, Afghanistan and Pakistan has positive effects on the citizens of all three countries, because these three countries share common borders.
According to him, China and Pakistan can easily export their commercial goods to other countries of the world at the lowest cost through Afghanistan.
He added that the tripartite meeting is very important for exchange of views and cooperation on the issue of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan, and it can be effective for gathering common views of the countries of the region.
Also, Zia Ahmad Takal, Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has told some media that the Afghan government wants to hold comprehensive talks on bilateral political, commercial, regional stability and transit relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
At the same time, the country's foreign minister is said to attend the tripartite meeting of the foreign ministers of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan.
