The head of Afghanistan Food and Drug Authority, Dr. Abdul Bari Omar said that in the near future, 4 large drug control laboratories will be established in the zones and 8 food control laboratories in the provinces to ensure food safety.
The laboratory that was opened on Wednesday day in Kandahar has the capacity to examine and review more than 100 samples per day.
