Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Any Indian media has reported today (Sunday, April 30) that the incident took place in a factory in Jayaspura area of Ludhiana in northern Punjab, India.
Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister of the Indian state of Punjab, tweeted following the incident: “The incident of gas leakage at the factory in Jayaspura area of Ludhiana is very sad. Police, administration and NDRF teams are present at the spot. "All possible help is being done."
The published images show the natural disaster response forces and the Indian police preventing people from approaching the scene.
The cause of the gas leak in this factory is still unknown.
