Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The World Health Organization has announced today (Sunday, April 30, 2023) in a statement that 420,000 children in Afghanistan miss at least one of the necessary vaccines.
The statement of this organization, published on the occasion of the World Immunization Week, states: 420,000 children in Afghanistan have missed at least one essential vaccine.
This organization has noted: 198,000 children did not receive any vaccine at all.
The statement added that the time has come to provide vaccination for every child in Afghanistan.
It should be mentioned that children in Afghanistan often suffer disabilities or die due to not receiving necessary vaccines.
