Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday, on the occasion of Astronautics Day in this country, that Moscow should increase the production of satellites.
According to Iran Press, Putin considered increasing the production of satellites as necessary and said: The missile and space industry of this country is increasing its capacity.
Vladimir Putin also noted that Russia needs to produce products in line with the interests of its national economy.
In the end, the President of Russia emphasized that this country will overcome all challenges in the field of air and space and compete with other countries.
The outbreak of war in Ukraine and the recent imposition of sanctions by the White House on the Russian space sector have affected the security of space and the International Space Station, which is located 400 kilometers from the Earth, and the American space organization NASA has expressed concern in this regard.
The International Space Station, which is the result of the work of several countries in the world such as Canada, Spain, Japan and other countries, is generally divided into two main parts, the American part and the Russian part, which cannot be separated physically.
Following the approval of European Union sanctions, Russia has suspended space cooperation with Europe in French Guiana.
Since Russia is one of the stable foundations of space activities, any western sanctions against Russia will have a deep impact on such activities.
