He added that we have a serious and real fight against drugs and we are trying to implement the order of Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate. So that the number of narcotic drugs decreases from 8 thousand hectares to zero, then on this basis, surveyors are hired in all the southwestern provinces and they are given professional training.
 
Matei expressed his satisfaction with this action and asked all the volunteers to pay attention to these scientific trainings and teach them to become professionals and finish the responsibility given to them well.
 
 
He continued; The Islamic Emirate, and especially the Ministry of Interior, is trying with all its might to implement the order of Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, to prohibit the cultivation of narcotics in all parts of Afghanistan, so on this basis, the Ministry of Interior decided to fight against narcotics after collecting the addicts. This time, in order to determine the correct numbers of poppy cultivation, he started a large survey in the name of village survey in the whole country today by holding this conference.
 
Matei added that our result from this survey is to implement the order of the leader of the Islamic Emirate, reduce the demand for drugs, collect information and share this information with the relevant agencies, cultivation, production, use, trafficking and processing of drugs, receiving economic and social sectors. Narcotics is to obtain detailed information about the use of chemical substances in the process of these narcotics and to determine the agent of poppy cultivation.
 
In the end, he said that the main goal of this survey is to get rid of the baseless statistics and figures of other organizations, to plan well for these organizations, for the right fight against drugs and to publish the exact figures of drugs, which this survey was conducted in 315 villages and within a period of one year.
