Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Philippine authorities reported the death of 101 people as a result of tropical storm Nalgi, which hit several areas of the country.
The National Crisis Management Council of the Philippines announced in a statement that this typhoon left 101 dead and 69 injured.
According to this statement, 63 people are still missing.
Statistics show that the typhoon has displaced around one million people, while the government has set up more than 4,000 shelters to accommodate residents.
About 105,000 people were evacuated as a precaution, while 590 families were directly affected by the storm, the statement said.
It should be mentioned that this storm was accompanied by winds that reached 95 km/h.
